Purchasing from Us
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods at the price set out in the order. The contract between us will be concluded when we accept your offer by dispatching the goods. We will not be obliged to supply the goods to you and no contract will exist between us until this point. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Pay Pal ( 5% of the total invoice value will be added as the Pay Pal Conversion & Service Charges – Value below 500 USD only will be accepted by Pay Pal ) . All payments must be in INR for Indian Customers / USD for Overseas Customers and must be made at the time of placing the order.

Prices do not include postage and packing, which will be calculated in accordance with the Delivery provisions below. All prices do not include GST for Overseas Customers. Our GST registration number is 33AIYPN6774C1ZR. Prices are checked regularly. However, if we find the price has changed when we receive your order we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you wish to proceed then please remember that we will not be under an obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we have received your order and shipped the goods. If you discover you have made a mistake in your order please contact us immediately. When comparing prices please make sure you are comparing the same product. A lot of spares may be available from other sources as reproduction parts, either made in INDIA or abroad. We pride ourselves in quality products.
We endeavour to despatch all our orders within 5 working days for orders out of India and require 2 days to dispatch with in India , with very few exceptions. However, we cannot give an exact delivery date. We treat all orders alike and assign equal importance and care be it a small value order or a very large shipment.
We try to keep all parts in stock, however we occasionally get caught out. If an item is out of stock, and there will be a delay, we will contact you to discuss the options.

Business Customers and Customers purchasing from outside the INDIA
If you are a Business Customer or a Customer purchasing from outside the INDIA.
we will not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits (whether direct or indirect), revenue, goodwill or any incidental, indirect, special or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of goods from us; and
Any other liability will be limited to the price paid for the goods; except that we do not exclude or limit our liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability for which we are not permitted to exclude or limit by law.
The use of part numbers are for reference purposes and do not infer place of origin or manufacturer. Neither do they infer whether an item is genuine or reproduction.
We may not keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions and your order. We advise you to keep a copy of them for your information in the future. Any contract between us shall be governed by Indian law. Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. All dealings, correspondence and contact between us, including the contract, shall be made or conducted in the English language.
If you are a Consumer
If you are a consumer (i.e. you are not purchasing either wholly or in part for your business or you are not a business) you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us in writing if you wish to cancel within seven working days, starting on the day after the goods are delivered to you. If you choose to cancel then you must return the goods to us at your cost and risk and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during the return journey. If you have not returned the goods within 14 days of cancellation or when requested by us to do so, whichever occurs first, we can collect the goods from you at your cost. Details of how to exercise this right will be provided on request.
