N-Gage Powerparts is a brand registered, owned and marketed by Velmurugan Agency.

We are delighted that you are interested in becoming a Dealer/ Retailer with Velmurugan Agency. There are few Documents and some information that are needed to start the process. Allow us one week for your application to be processed.
Dealer/ Retailer Requirements:
The following are the requirements that must be met to be our Dealer/ Retailer.
1) Dealer / Retailer must be in a retail or commercial location. (Location cannot be a residential property, even if zoned commercial or industrial by city. Location's on residential property but separate from residence will not be accepted).
2) 70% or More of your business must be related to Accessories and Performance Parts of Motorcycles.
3) Dealers/Retailers are requested not to sell any of the N-Gage Powerparts products outside India even via any E-Commerce platform. (This leads to Dealer/ Retailer Termination)
4) Dealers/ Retailers are requested not to sell any of the N-Gage Powerparts products above 20% Discount from MRP to the end customer. (This leads to Dealer/ Retailer Termination)
General Information:
1) 100% Prepayment is required for the goods before dispatch from our warehouse.
2) Goods once sold will not be taken back.
3) Prices are subject to change with prior notice to the perspective E-Mail registered with us.
4) All Dealers information like Address and contact details will be shared on our dealers' network under N-Gage Powerparts. Other transactions are kept highly confidential.
5) We are not Interested in any Drop Shipping Business.
6) All Promotion materials like Brand Signs and posters will be provided by Velmurugan Agency at timely manner.
7) All Dealers/Retailers are kindly requested to follow our below pages for any instant updates of the products and installation videos from us.

8) Velmurugan Agency has the absolute right to reject the application or terminate any Dealer / Retailer without any notice and assigned by any reason.
